Create Trailer Profile

On your Trailers Equipment page you can add and optimize trailers for a multitude of purposes, from hauling goods to transporting heavy equipment. Here you will manage every aspect of your trailer fleet, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.

To access the Trailers page you will navigate from the main sidebar to Fleet + Staff - Equipment. From there you should click on Trailers filter which will bring out the main table overview of your trailers.

1.To create a new trailer you click on the top right button Add Equipment and select trailer option. Here you will have to select which kind of trailer are you putting into the system, his length and his VIN number.

2. Type in the information of the desired trailer into the input fields. 

3. In the ownership are you are filling in the information, which you can see, of who is the owner of that trailer. 

4. If you need to add any document specific to this trailer you can do that in the Documents section.

5. Connected services are third party services that can be connected for a trailer, to connect simply make sure that the service is first connected in the "Connected Services" section of the system, which will appear here to the profile level. This allow you to associate serial numbers or other references to complete the connection. 

6. You can add hardware to a cart directly from the profile creation process and continue later in the web store to complete your purchase.

7. Upon adding the new trailer the user is redirected to the trailer table view where you can see all of your trailers that are found in the system. 001 53ft Conestoga is the trailer we added in our previous steps. 

8. In the individual trailer profile you can see all the info that we previously added and here you can hook the trailer to a vehicle.
