QuickBooks Online, a popular accounting software developed and marketed by Intuit, is designed to help SMBs manage financial transactions, invoicing, payroll, and other accounting tasks.

While you can benefit from QuickBooks Online's standalone features and capabilities in a variety of ways, you can get even more value by integrating it with Truckin Digital. We’ll break down the steps for doing exactly that below!

Connect the QuickBooks Online Service with Truckin Digital

Navigate to Connected Services on bottom left menu and then simply select "Connect" for QuickBooks.

Credentials

Enter your credentials to the company you wish to sync when prompted. Once you have logged in, you should receive a success message that your connection has been established.

Sync

Truckin Digital will run an automatic sync to QuickBooks every 60 minutes including an on-demand push button sync. Any changes on QuickBooks will instantly appear on Truckin Digital.

Things to Consider

The pricing comes in 4 different tiers: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. QuickBooks also offer a free trial for 30 days with some additional incentives. Here’s how these plans work without the incentive:

Simple Start: includes two-way sync invoices, vendors, customers, chart of accounts (no transactions, just the accounts)
Essentials, Plus, Advanced: includes everything Simple Start has but allows vendor, bills two-way sync
Turn off "Automatically Apply Credits": Please make sure to navigate to your settings in QuickBooks and under settings select under "Your Company" and then select "Account And Settings"

Navigate to "Advance" section on the left side menu and select "Automations" from the menu.
Click on Edit and make sure to turn off "Automatically apply credits" and "Automatically apply bill payments"
This will make sure that you do not have any invoices that are being marked "paid" in Truckin Digital softwer by themself.
