Setting these options are closely related when publishing your job opening. Basically you will select which requirements you want your applicants to enter when applying to a job.
You can add your own questions in these job posts simply by clicking on the +Add More button, type in the question, and select the option, if it is a Yes/No question, a line reply, or for a longer form answer, to select Multi-Line reply.
