Security

In the Security sections, you are requiring your Drivers or Staff Users to use a OTP 2FA when logging in, and you are able to see all logins into the system, who logged in, type, from which device, what is the version of the system they are using or are currently on, location, IP address where they logged from. and device status.

Departments and Permissions

This option allows you to control your departments and permissions they have while using the system, and widgets they can see on the dashboard.

For an example, you can override these permissions for the departments, simply by selecting the three dots on the right side, and click on Edit. 

From where you will have options to choose for this department while using the system, and dashboard widgets they can see. 

Simply select on the permissions you want to add to this department and select one or multiple options from the drop down list, or if you want to remove some of the permissions, just hoover over the permission you want to remove, the "X" button will appear, and click on it. 

And click on the blue Update button.

Success, you've set up your departments permissions and visible widgets in the dashboard menu.
